A Cat-inspired Photo and Furniture Exhibition: Woodwork studio Chi Choi Mao is holding a photo exhibition where new products are also going to be launched. Founded in 2018, the locally based carpenter creates furniture ranges, including display cabinets and pet-feeding tables, that fit the cozy homes in Hong Kong. Each of Chi Choi Mao’s creations is locally handmade from solid wood with the traditional joinery technique, with some touched up with a patterned glass finish that reminds you of the old Hong Kong aesthetic. Inspired by its owners’ cats Kin Kin and Ar Mei, the works of the studio are made to create a harmonious, relaxing homescape.
