Bake Off: The Butchers Club’s head baker Nick Ratzlaff will be hosting Saturday baking classes starting July 23, teaching lesser mortals the art of making the perfectly fluffy choux-paste donut, among other things. Before each 6-hour class, students will get to enjoy a brunch spread of cold cuts, sausages, pastries, fruits and other treats as well as a glass of Bellini.
