The Place at newly rebranded Cordis Hotel (formerly known as Langham Place) has launched a new French-themed buffet, available from now until the end of February.
An impressive selection of Gallic-themed dishes will be available to hungry diners for both lunch and dinner, but we’re most excited to try the baked escargots. They’re prepared over a skillet of creamy-smooth potato gratin and will definitely be a highlight.
Other selections include fresh cold seafood, lobster with cheese gratin, oysters with sabayon sauce and black pepper steak. And of course, you’ll be able to end the meal with impeccable French pastries like mille-feuilles, macarons and trendy eclairs.

Lunch: Monday-Sunday, 12-2:30pm, from $288-358 per adult.
Dinner: Monday-Sunday, 6:30-9:45pm, from $558-598 per adult.
