Beef Rebranded: NYC brand BLT Steak at Harbour City has gotten a revamp, with new interiors, exteriors and menu.
Look & Feel: Think a bigger outdoor patio that seats 28 diners, and reclaimed timber interiors complete with fancy mirrors on the walls.
On the Menu: BLT Steak remains a contemporary American steakhouse, with signature dishes that include charcoal-broiled, naturally aged Australian Black Angus; red wine-braised short ribs; and even seafood like grilled spiny lobster.
Meet the Chef: Although the BLT Steak brand is the brainchild of French chef Laurent Tourondel, BLT Steak Hong Kong will be helmed by executive chef A.J. Guido.
Great For: Al fresco meal, hearty group dinners.
FYI: BLT Steak is a Dining Concepts project.
