Progressive Piedmont: Joining the bevy of offerings in Causeway Bay is Castellana, a sleek fine dine serving authentic cuisine originating from the Piedmont region of Italy.
Look & Feel: Perched on the tenth floor of shopping mall Cubus, Castellana is a classic European-style fine dining restaurant complete with white tablecloths and wine displays. Accents of gold and deep blue add a touch of luxe while large-scale abstract artworks make a statement on the walls.

On the Menu: Expect dishes created from meats and produce imported directly from Piedmont, such as Ravioles della Val Varaita, a regional, gnocchi-like take on ravioli covered in local Piedmont Toma cheese and Grana Padano cheese, beef and yellowfin tuna tartare, and Fassona beef, duck liver ravioli, and polenta crumble. Order a la carte or go for one of the multi-course set menus.
Meet the Chef: Marco Sacco is the mastermind behind the two Michelin starred Piccolo Lago in Italy, which he lovingly developed over 20 years.
FYI: Piedmont provides the perfect climate for truffles, so the you’ll see the ingredient featuring strongly — even in the drinks menu. Check out innovative truffle-infused cocktails from Ms. Truffle (homemade truffle infused rum, grapefruit juice, elderflower bitters, $138) to the Truffle Shower (a whiskey-based martini covered in truffles and served alongside a trio of canapes, $588).
