Dim sum and then some: Former Ming Court head chef Tsang Chiu-king has opened his own Cantonese fine-dining establishment in Kowloon Bay.
Look & Feel: It is fine-dining at Dynasty Garden after all, so the surrounds have got to match. Gray marble and light beige tones are the dominant themes.

Dynasty Garden
Meet the Chef: Chef Tsang Chiu-king has more than three decades of experience, and was leading the kitchen at Ming Court at the Cordis Hotel when it received two Michelin stars.
On the Menu: Dim sum’s for lunch (think steamed crab dumplings; foie gras puff pastries). Dinner is about refined Cantonese classics with a bit of international flair. Sauteed wagyu beef cubes; scrambled egg whites with prawns and crispy perilla leaf; and flame-broiled Iberico pork belly are some of the signatures. The menu regularly changes.
Great For: Family banquets, an indulgent meal.
FYI: There are more than 600 wine labels to choose from to match the dishes, along with a carfeully curated selection of baijiu.
