Carnivores Only: Pirata group is out with a new restaurant venture, and this time it’s a casual eatery on Staunton Street that specializes in — guess.
Look & Feel: Artichoke-hued tiles and brown tables give the space a forest-y look — perhaps to make the diners feel like they’re getting their fair share of greens?

MEATS
On the Menu: From pork to lamb to rotisserie chicken, anything flesh is fair game at MEATS. Emphasis is placed on the techniques used to cook the meats, from robata-grilling to house-smoking.
Meet the Chef: Paddy McDermott of Scotland helms the kitchen at MEATS.
Great For: Hungry people. A protein jolt.
FYI: Pirata group is also behind ventures like Pirata (natch), TokyoLima, and Pici.
