Drinks With a View: The Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel’s renovated lounge bar serves Hong Kong-inspired cocktails and Asian-influenced western dishes, with a particular focus on fresh, sustainable seafood. There’s a backdrop of the Victoria Harbour to boot.
Look & Feel: You can’t go wrong with a view of the skyline. Inside the bar, there’s also a 25-foot island bar that acts as the centerpiece.

Mirage Bar
On the Menu: All-day dining is offered: think dishes like smoked raw sustainable salmon and Galician octopus — although you should come for drinks in the evening to take advantage of the glittering view. The signature cocktail is Lost In Translation: inspired by the whisky sour, it comes with bacon-fat-washed bourbon (!).
Great For: Business meetings, after-work drinks.
FYI: Mirage offers a two-course set lunch at $110 — great value for money.
