Island Vibes: A casual, chic setting, Paradis Restaurant & Cocktail Bar is a mixed bag, offering French food and drinks right alongside Caribbean-inspired touches.
Look & Feel: Despite the dim lighting and intimate vibe, there’s a tropical feel, thanks to the palms and wooden panels. The colonial-style floor tiles from previous times remain and add to the tasteful, understated aesthetic.
On the Menu: You’ll find the likes of scallop ceviche with passion fruit, slow-cooked Iberico pork, plus West Indies signatures like plantains. On the drinks side, cocktail creations include a Frozen Charred Key Lime Daiquiri, plus wines from France, Italy and Spain.
Great For: Dinner and drinks before heading out for a night on the tiles.
FYI: The Wyndham Street hotspot is run by the owners of L’Entrecote de Paris, which used to stand in this exact space.
